Rack-clad Storages also known as “Self-Supported Warehouses or
SILOs”can be designed either as open frame or completely covered
storage halls which cladded usually by sandwich panels and accessed
through doors and gates.
Rack Clad Buildings / SILOs, are special designed racking systems
which integrates racking as the steel structure of warehouse
construction. Same steel structure hold pallets as rack system.
Rack frames designed to be strong against changing environmental
conditions as well as carry the weight of pallets stored in the
system.
Wind, rain, snow other dead and mobile loads, seismic zone
considered during design stage of Rack Clad Warehouses.
Cladding is applicable with several Rack systems such as
conventional pallet racking(B2B racks), narrow aisle racks, radio
